Lester Kosko (born 1955) is a Metro-Dade policeman with a specialty in electronics, surveillance, and technical situations. He helped wire up the sting operation in Broward looking for stolen items, then assisted in clearing up a tape made after Jake Esteban was shot to determine the responsible parties, then wires Vincent DeMarco to attempt to get incriminating evidence against Albert "Al" Lombard, next works to bug Tony Amato's house and rig up sophisticated surveillance aboard Crockett's boat, and he then used an electronic long-range microphone and tape recorder to capture General Lao Li's death order on his grandsons. After those events, Lester was reassigned back to Metro from OCB and the electronic surveillance was taken over by Switek and Zito.
