  • Marlissa is a mysterious doom-teller and owner of Marlissa's House of Doom; the magic shop located in South Tarloc where she sells arcane scrolls, potions, magical trinkets or a look into your future and unavoidable doom. Marlissa appears not to be fully human, as her skin has a greenish tint to it, and her eyes has an unnatural glow and twinkle about them. She always wears a hood and veil covering most of her face and speaks with an odd lisssssp. An amused smile can usually be seen in her twinkling eyes, as if she is constantly reading peoples minds, or spying on them with her crystal ball and aware of some embarrassing secret of her latest customer. For indeed, she is a doom-teller and seer, and is often asked by to look into her crystal ball to learn about the past, present or future. The validity of her predictions varies, but it is clear she knows a lot, perhaps a lot more than she's telling.
