Golok the Gatekeeper is a boss in Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors. One of Xiphos the Deathbringer's servants, he is a giant, cyclopean, club-wielding monster who guards the entrance to the Deathbringer's Citadel. He attacks with his club as well as by batting boulders and boulder-like monsters at the Hero and his companion; sometimes he misses his own pitch and ends up hitting himself on the head instead, inflicting a little damage and momentarily stunning himself.
