As its name suggests, it is a biomedical company that was founded by Jacob Hargreave and Karl Ernst Rasch. The Company was founded mainly in order to serve as the front stage of what CryNet, the daughter company, was doing. Through the company, Jacob Hargreave and Karl Rasch developed the Nanosuit and Nanosuit 2 in order to face the impending Ceph invasion. Hargreave in particular knew about the invasion and was planning to wear the nanosuit himself to face the Ceph, but was rendered unable due to various complications.
