Ruati was a Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the last years of the Galactic Republic. In 20 BBY, Ruati was beheaded by an assassin on the planet Nauton IV. Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi investigated his fellow Master's death and came to the conclusion that the Dark Jedi Asajj Ventress—whom Kenobi thought to be dead—was responsible for Ruati's murder.
