Francis Bélanger (born January 15, 1978 in Bellefeuille, Quebec) was a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger. He played 10 games in the NHL with the Montreal Canadiens during the 2000–01 season. He played major junior hockey for the Hull Olympiques and the Rimouski Océanic from 1995 to 1998 and was a high-scoring and tough forward. The Philadelphia Flyers chose him 124th overall in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. After that he played seven more seasons in the minor pros, retiring in 2008.

The Philadelphia Flyers chose him 124th overall in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. Turning pro in 1998, Belanger spent three and a half seasons in the Flyers' minor pro system before signing as a free agent with the Montreal Canadiens in February, 2001. He played 10 games for Montreal in the 2000-01 season, scoring no points but getting 29 penalty minutes. After that he played seven more seasons in the minor pros, retiring in 2008.
