| Synopsis
| - Tom Strong and Tom Strange begin to free the trapped members of SMASH. Tim reveals that The Terror had a contingency plan called Project Omega in the event of his death.
The team descends to Invertica City, where Tim activates the program. Black ball bearings with the Terror's insignia cross laser beams, producing a plasma version of the Terror, which calls itself Terror 2000.
Working together, Strong maneuvers the spheres into accessing the alien's machinery. Taking control of the on-board computer, the Terror pilots the ship into the Sun.
Strong departs, leaving the heroes to reclaim their lives.

| quotation
| - Tom was very grateful for what little help I'd provided. He said if my 'duplicate Earth' was ever in trouble, I shouldn't hesitate to call him. I told him I would. He really is an extraordinary man.
