Novo eventually revealed that his Celestial name was Loki, the Trickster and the Destroyer, a name that the Killiks confirm on some level.

| - Lord Novo was a master of Astral Projection where he projected his spirit outside of his incapacitated body as a Force Ghost over great distance and also Farsight even in this state, Novo could shape-shift both his physical form and his projected Force Ghost, Novo was actually the last ever descendant of the Celestials and was a distant relative of the family of Force Wielders known as The Ones being possibly the cousin or uncle of the Father. During the Old Republic he made Ghostly alliances with Marka Ragnos and Emperor Vitiate during their various Empires, it was hinted that the spirits of Vitiate and Novo were rather intimate and at one point Novo was bound by Darth Baras in the form of a female Darkside Ghost entity who used his power and Foresight to almost become named the False Voice of the Emperor however the intervention of the Emperor's Wrath and Darth Vowrawn ended these goals and allowed Novo's Spirit to return to the beyond. During the rise of Darth Bane's Order, Novo had appeared before him and offered to aid the aspiring Sith'ari to destroy the Galactic Republic and the Jedi, Darth Bane however declined and revealed his true intentions to Novo who upon hearing his plan to limit the Sith into only two Lords left in a rage. During the Yuuzhan Vong War it was revealed that the untold horror of the War would affect Ben Skywalker negatively, it would destroy his sanity and this would become ever so more evident as the youth was growing up and devolved into a mad Darksider, Novo's Ghost and his mind bonded with the young child and managed to ward off and absorb the negative energy coming their way through the Force thus protecting him. Sometime during the Yuuzhan Vong War, Novo would appear as Anakin Solo on Yuuzhan'tar to speak with Jacen Solo and used Vergere's schemes to turn Jacen to the Darkside to save both Jedi and Sith from the Yuuzhan Vong Empire and their goals, he influenced Jacen away from drinking/bathing of the Font of Power/Pool of Knowledge since he didn't trust Lumiya with the power of a young Force Wielder. He would also appear linked onto the Ghosts of Mara Jade Skywalker and Darth Caedus, he would observe Sarasu Taalon bathing in the Pool of Knowledge and when displeased of his siding with Abeloth would bless the Skywalkers with the inspiration of killing Taalon before his transformation was complete. In late 44 ABY, Luke Skywalker was aided in the Beyond shadows during a battle against Abeloth by Darth Krayt but this was later revealed to be untrue, it had instead been Novo's Force Ghost which had taken the form of the One Sith Dark Lord to best Abeloth so that she would lose her physical form. Once her physical form was sundered he departed from his connection with Luke Skywalker and his alliance with the distant Darth Krayt due to a momentous event, due to Abeloth's physical death the seals binding his body had become weakened to the point that Novo could telepathically destroy it through its Shatterpoint, awakened and returned to full power his set a plan in motion to return the Sith to their formerly glory and rebuild the Sith Empire with Novo at its religious head. Novo eventually revealed that his Celestial name was Loki, the Trickster and the Destroyer, a name that the Killiks confirm on some level.
