  • Teams must construct a protective case that can help an egg survive a drop from 8 feet. Supplies are not unlimited. Assign cost points for each item (or per sheet, per inch, etc.) and take tokens or otherwise keep track of how much each team has spent. Initial purchase tokens can be the same for each person/team, or may be based on the behavior of individual team members (announcing this on the morning of the planned activity may be good incentive for kids to behave!). In any case, try to prevent some teams from being too disadvantaged by having many members with a low number of tokens. Time limit is up to you.
  • Egg Drop is an Event version of Ball Drop. In this version the play area is made larger the ball is changed to an egg and the blocks to changed to baskets. The points blocks are changed to Rainbow Carrots. The game is also considered to be considerably easier than the normal non-event version of the game. When the game is completed the player gets Carrots as well as Gold for playing. To max out the payout the player needs a score of 10k this will payout 50 Carrots and 50 Gold. Egg drop is a returning carnival so any left over Carrots can be saved for the next year as will the items which appear in the Egg Drop Shop so anyone can continue to save for any one particular item year-to-year. Return to Past Events.
