Then we look at how many people has taken part of it : * If their are too few rebels, the rebellion is a failure and each rebel incurs a probability to be recognized by the militia. Or they can also be hurt and loose random points. * Players who has been hired in any of the forces (militia, county's force, or kingdom's army) won't be able to rebel as long as they are working.
