The Klikut language (ᒃᓕᑯᑎᑐᑦ Klikutitut, meaning "like the Klikut") is a Shinjalan language spoken by the Klikut people of Dovani. Klikut is a polysynthetic language, with a very rich morphological system, in which a succession of different morphemes are added to root words to indicate things that, in other languages, would require several words to express. Klikut is written in its native syllabic script (in fact an abugida), of unknown origin; it is speculated that the script may have originated from Kunikata Karina (ooc Kana).
