The children include 1 son Charles, named for the current monarch, and 6 daughters, 4 of which were named Eleanor, Winefride, Charity, and Gwendoline. Edmond was responsible for safekeeping his family treasure, which was hidden in various places throughout Chapelvale. The treasure not only included the De Winn deeds to the village, but also an armpiece from a suit of armor, candlesticks, an altar chalice, and a cross, all having been classified as 10th century Byzantine. Later descendants of Edmond include Captain Rodney Winn and Jim Winn.
