- When the player first meets him, the clock of the tower has stopped working. This is due to the fact that the four cogs that keep the clock running have been stolen by the residents of the Clock Tower basement. Kojo also makes watches. As the Clock Tower is so near to Ardougne, nobody actually needs them, and thus he has far too many. After talking to the Observatory professor at the Observatory, Talk to Brother Kojo with a Coordinate Clue in you inventory to receive a watch. Place the watch in your toolbelt, as it will save trips later on from losing it.
- Brother Kojo is an NPC that can be found in the Clock Tower (building). He asks you to recover the four lost cogs and repair the clock during the Clock Tower quest.
- At some point, the cogs required for the clock to function went missing, left strewn throughout the Clock Tower Dungeon. Fearing the townspeople's anger and being too weak to lift the cogs by himself, he asked a passing adventurer to retrieve the cogs. He provided them with rat poison to help retrieve the white cog. Once the clock was fixed, he paid the adventurer 500 coins for their aid.
