| - Established in the urban sprawl of Pre-war Denver, Philly's was an attempt to bring East Coast style Italian food to the area. It was located at a busy intersection near the University of Denver. It catered primarily to students, and would often be filled with them until closing time, owning to the taste of the food. Philly's was noted as one of the upcoming restaurants of the city and crowded most days. It would have two prosperous decades, watching the world's resources dwindle and war break out in Eurasia, before suffering hard in the 2050s. The war with China would call Donny Remano away to the front, Costing the establishment their head waiter. This would be followed by devastating food shortages months later, forcing them to close for the first time outside a holiday. The closing would turn out to be permanent as Phillip would be killed in a food riot, and Donny taken prisoner by the Chinese. Their surviving family were unable to sell it in the decades leading up to the bombs, and it sat empty as the city burned. After it would be pried opened by scavengers, who would sometimes camp there. The dogs of the city would soon contest them for the building however, claiming it as they do everything in the ruins.
