Desirability
| - They are useful to all players at all stages of the game, as fire damage can destroy a player's inventory basically out of nowhere - both through traps and random fire creatures. They are especially desirable in the Tower of Eternal Flames, due to the PC being subjected to heat and thus possible item destruction at every turn.

Description
| - Fireproof blankets will, while in the players' inventory, completely protect all inventory items in the backpack from fire damage and destruction.
Note that worn items are not protected by fireproof blankets; a Ring of ice is required for that.
Whilst they protect other items, the blankets themselves have a certain chance to burn at each turn when exposed to heat. This chance is significantly decreased with the Lucky and Fate Smiles intrinsics, and seemingly is also affected by B/U/C status . Due to a luck calculation bug in 1.1.1, if the PC is doomed the chance for blankets to burn is actually decreased.http://www.adom.de/forums/project.php?issueid=119
