| - Sega Reviews is a feature in both of The Official Sonic the Hedgehog Yearbooks. The article was a precursor to the Review Zone in Sonic the Comic, although neither edition had a credited reviewer. The first occasion saw reviews given to Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sherlock Holmes, Jaguar XJ220, The Flintstones (all Mega Drive) and Wolfchild (Mega CD). No scores were awarded to these titles. The second edition saw an expanded number of games, each with a rating system similar to the Review Zone. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (95%), Aladdin (88%), Streetfighter 2 (90%), Ecco the Dolphin (Mega-CD, 87%), Sonic Spinball (82%), Virtua Racing (90%), Sonic the Hedgehog CD (88%), Sonic Chaos (80%) and Jurassic Park (82%). On both occasions, Mega Drive is misspelled as "Megadrive" and Mega-CD is seen to just be a "Mega CD". The second part added a "number of stages" section to each infobox, although all but one of them state the number to be "multiple". The only exception is the six of Sonic Chaos, despite it having a similar level structure to most of the games featured.
