The platoon participated in the early moments of the Battle of Mombasa, but were deployed to UNSC In Amber Clad shortly before it followed Solemn Penance through slipspace to Installation 05. Once at the ring, they were launched via SOIEV, along with John-117, to secure a landing zone for a flight of Pelican dropships. They would assist John in his push through Covenant-held territory, aiding him in his assassination of the Prophet of Regret. Any ODSTs that accompanied John-117 were likely killed when the temple was glassed while the remainder likely fell victim to the Flood.
