| - Sozin's Comet: The Final Battle (ISBN 978-1-4169-5827-7) is a book adaptation of the end of Book Three: Fire, which covers whether or not Avatar Aang can really save the world from Fire Lord Ozai. It is narrated in first person by the characters, which serves the reader in helping to know what goes through their minds while helping Aang against the latest enemy. The creators of Avatar originally planned to release the final episodes a few months before the actual release (actual release date: July 19, 2008), but production was delayed. However, a book titled Sozin's Comet was already printed and ready, and it was impossible for the people in charge to hold it in. Thus, it was released according to the original schedule: which was to release it along with or after the final episodes had been released. The book contained the story of the last four episodes of Avatar.
