His longtime best friends are Jimmy Brooks and Spinner Mason, despite each of their differences. He has also been friends with Liberty Van Zandt, Craig Manning, Marco Del Rossi, Paige Michalchuk, Ellie Nash, Manny Santos, and Emma Nelson. He was a friend to J.T. Yorke before his death in season 6. Marcus had two main rivalries, one with Lucas Valieri, who was the source of Marcus' drug problems, and another with Damian Hayes, who has been involved with his ex-girlfriend, Liberty, multiple times. His younger brother is Mike Dallas, and his adoptive brothers are Drew Torres and the late Adam Torres. Marcus is portrayed by James Claxton.
