| Synopsis
| - Luke Skywalker and Noval Colton head to Dagobah in order to retrieve a holocron created by Obi-Wan Kenobi.
- Arise asks Luke about Valkyr, and mentions she had an idea.
- The other side of the story. As Rook stands guard at the Voidstalker, she witnesses the other side of the fierce battle inside the Hutt facility, then plays a critical role in getting the team off the planet alive.
- When the Force requires that you tell the truth, you tell it. All of it.
- Now landed on a landing pad close to Galla the Hutt's cargo facility, where Sabrina Rheatis is supposed to be held, Luke's team moves in to rescue Sabrina from the Hutt's clutches.
- When the Jedi confront the Captain of the Broadsword, who is interrogating whom?
- A disappointed and nervous Arise arrives at the Ord Mantell military depot.
- Arise gives her datapad of notes regarding future locations for the Jedi and the New Republic to Luke.
- The Jedi are forced to go through a dark, dangerous trap set by Darth Malign. What was a fierce battle of blasters against lightsabers becomes a pitting of the light side against the dark side, as the Jedi race to reach the hangar bay before their chances of escape are decimated.
- The Jedi Order converges in secrecy for two important events. First, Ai'kani's Knighting Ceremony, and second, Ikihsa Enb'Zik's induction into the Jedi Order.
- Luke Skywalker decides that it is time to begin teaching his apprentice how to wield a lightsaber. Mitali receives one constructed by Master Zandura, and Luke shows him a bit of the Shii-Cho form.
- Luke and his team of Jedi, on board the stolen Imperial shuttle Tydirium, sneak into the Imperial capital of Selene and make their initial contact with Grand Admiral Danik Kreldin.
- The final engagement of the Battle of Nak Shimor.
- With Kreldin's betrayal, the Jedi are forced to fight their way out of the Grand Admiral's office on level D80 of the HIMS Malevolence.
- The Emperor uses his formidable powers to raise a mob against the Jedi Temple on New Alderaan, causing violence and mass confusion as friend turns against friend...
- Luke goes to the Basilica at nightfall, to learn what he can about its recent history with his power of postcognition. He’s not alone, for Johanna lingers there as well, as if gloating over her work. The two encounter themselves in a lightsaber duel, and something terribly dark happens.
- A surprise intruder aboard the Predator leaves the ship damaged and more importantly, the first shots in the war between Sith and Jedi are fired.
- After sensing a developing situation far off at the Menrai Mountain, Luke heads to Monument plaza in a speeder. Quietly observing, he quickly learns that a bounty hunter has tracked him. The situation grows explosive, fast.

- The Senate has convened to discuss important and critical issues. This scene begins after a lunch break in the session, when the New Republic Chief of State addresses issues raised by the Chandrilian Senator. However, tragedy occurrs as the Coruscanti Senator, Viktor Faust, reveals himself to the the Sith Lord Vassily Korolov, and the senate is completely destroyed by explosives.
- Operation Shado Kolpo begins, with Luke Skywalker setting the pace by leading the first mission.
- Still shaken up from the death of a technician the day before, a determined Mitali contacts General Skywalker in regards to the missing Kyrin Sh'vani.
- Courtesy of Colonel Delede, Luke is allowed to interrogate Dareus, a CSA prisoner. He discovers critical information about Malign's New Sith Order, along with exposing the truth that Dareus is Malign's new apprentice.
- A Senate hearing is conducted to determine the course of punishment for Johanna's war crimes.
- Luke and his team of Jedi, on board the stolen Imperial shuttle Tydirium, sneak into the Imperial capital of Guritsan and make their initial contact with Grand Admiral Danik Kreldin.
- During the Battle of Nak Shimor, a trio of terrifying World Devastators make it to the surface of the planet. As evacuations begin, a ragtag strike team, joined by two Jedi, is tasked with stopping one of them before it can carve a path of destruction through the capital city.
- Kreldin has allowed the Jedi to land on the Imperial flagship Malevolence. There, a parley for the negotiation of Brandis Finian's release is initiated, and ends in an Imperial betrayal.
- Johanna's life essence has been forced into the body of an innocent spacer named Arenth Dubois, by the power of Emperor Vadim. After asking Arenth to come to the New Republic's Military Base for protection, Skywalker speaks with the spacer who carries Johanna's soul about their predicament.
- An Imperial Commando team, led by Darth Malign, slips onto NRSD Reprisal and makes to rescue Lynae Caiton. Luke rushes in to hold off Darth Malign from killing more marines, but isn't early enough to prevent Caiton's rescue.
- uke Skywalker and Ranma Hoshiakarui finally have a chance to give each other a friendly dogfight.
- After receiving a garbled communication from Aramis Tyrese, Luke senses an urgency to get to the bottom of the transmission. He makes a dangerous trip to the Reprisal in order to talk with the pilot.
- Major Johmac Mabru leads the funeral for Kyrin Sh'vani aboard the Reprisal, after she was presumed dead during Operation Shado Kolpo, but Luke is not entirely certain that she's dead.
- Luke Skywalker sets into motion a plan to safely evacuate a small collection of Jedi artifacts from the Jedi Apartment on Academy Street. The plan would rely on Jedi Apprentice Brandis, and Kyrin Sh'vani, who was being kept sequestered at the Jedi Apartment after her ordeal with the Empire. Fortunately, they would enlist the help of some military people along the way.
- A rescue team takes the Voidstalker to Nar Shaddaa for the purpose of rescuing Jedi Padawan Sabrina Rheatis. In this scene, Rook and Skywalker have to sneak through some defenses to land on Nar Shaddaa in secrecy.
