The Sunrunner Palace was the ancestral seat of the Tarisian noble family the House of Sunrunner, whose members held the peerage title of Count Sunrunner. Located in the affluent section of the Upper City where the rich and famous built their homes, the Sunrunner Palace occupied a number of interconnected skyscrapers and private catwalks within sight of the famous Jedi Tower. For centuries, the children of the noble house grew up in the Palace's vast precinct, exploring its myriad libraries, museums, and ballrooms. Its interior was stuffed with ancient artifacts and collections built, expanded upon, and maintained by the House's members.
