* Empire of Great Japan: Japan continues to build up their military and improve infrastructure. President Tokugawa Masako secretly continues to try to send more spies to Korea, Thailand, and Indochina to hopefully overthrow their governments and become part of Japan and this time secretly plans to rig their future elections so it can happen. In China, President 'Huang Ming' (Tokugawa Yoshimitsu) finishes the secret plans for invading Tibet, and an invasion is planned next season due to the bad winter storms happening in China. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Kiyoko Ono of Japan continues to spread some pro-Fascist-imperialist propaganda in Japan.

Some of the brown shirts sent to help Italy move into German Russia to help put down a riot or two. The military continues to crack down on Dutch resistance fighters, and the Luftwaffe are even called in at times to destroy resistance held buildings in the street battles. With all of these resistance fights across the Reich, the occupied territories and puppet states, Hitler proposes a solution: re-settlement. Java is chosen as the location to send all of the undesirables to, and the German military start an operation of rounding up all of the undesirables and they are shipped off to Java. Java becomes like one giant big ghetto for all of the undesirables to be sent too. Hitler also meets with the leader of the ousted French Fascist party and begins to help fund them to get back into power in France. The Reich asks for Italy's help in making France Fascist once again.
