| - Budapest City (Hungarian and Slovak: Budapest) formely known as Pešť-Budín in Slovak, often known as Budapest, is the most populous city in the Bratislavan Republic and one of the biggest cities in the European Continent, it's also the center of the Greater Budapest Metropolitan Area. As one of the biggest urban and metropolitan cities in Eurasia and Europe, Budapest is ranked an Alpha- global city. Budapest is home to Bratislava's biggest education, research, fashion, and other centers, home to the Headquaters of the Eastren European Confederation, Budapest is considered the most important city in Bratislava along with Bratislava. Tribes in Budapest trace its roots at 5000 BC, however, the first mentioning of the city was at 508 AD, the cities of Buda and Pest were created on 750 AD, in 1550 AD, the both cities were united, Budapest was one of the main Slavic-Uralic city states during those eras, Budapest and Bratislava were the biggest ones too. Around 1800 AD, Budapest was one of the economic centers of the European Continent, in the 20th centruy, when both World Wars and Cold War happened, Budapest was a important city, as it was in center Europe, Nazi Germany took over it two times easily, in the Cold War, Budapest was one of the most popular fronts in Europe, Budapest, Berlin, Bratislava, Vienna, and Other mayor cities were divided in two, which were occupied by the Soviets and the West. Budapest is situated in the Danube, and has 5 bouroughs, with a 2015 census population of 1.9 Million, Budapest is ranked as the most populated city in Bratislava, and 8th in the European Union. The 5 Budapestian bourougs of Óbuda-Békásmegyer, Rákosmente, Budafok-Tétény, and Kőbánya united into a single city aruond the 17th century. Budapest is cited by several magazines as one of the most beautiful cities in the Danube and Europe, Budapest is the 20th most popular city in the world (People visiting it) and 6th in Europe. Considered a financial hub, Budapest is one of the strongest economical centers in not only Bratislava, instead it's one of the strongest economical centers in the Balkans, Europe, and the World, Budapest's HDI is one of the highest Human Deveplovment Indexes. Budapest is home to the headquaters of the Eastren European Confederation and serveral other organizations, its home to the University of Budapest, one of the biggest universities in the world.
