The 1992 John Hancock Bowl was a post-season American college football bowl game at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas between the Baylor Bears and the Arizona Wildcats on December 31, 1992. The game was the final contest of the 1992 NCAA Division I-A football season for both teams, and ended in a 20–15 victory for Baylor. It was also the final game for Grant Teaff, the long-time Baylor coach, who previously announced his retirement.
