| - The Property Magnate is an achievement in Fable II and is worth 10 gamerscore points. To achieve it, a house must be sold for twice the price it was bought for.
- This achievement is easier with properties like houses, wait for the economy of the town to recess or spend and sell, or murder, in the town to have it's economy recess. The town economy will influence the prices of all property, once you have purchased the house, fill it with expensive and luxurious furniture to drastically raise it's value, you can do this with other houses and property to raise the town economy furthering your price. This achievement may require some patience and a large financial investment.
