While the Evil Side of Town is home to villains, scary and dangerous places, and people who are just plain nasty such as Master XOX. These sections are divided only by a run-down train track, and the obvious change in color scheme from one side to the other, where the sky turns from Blue to Red when going from the Nice Side to the Evil Side.
