This boss is basically a stronger version of the same one from Grassland 1. This boss appears in a group of 12 along with several Blue Fairy Snakes, and can be very deadly if not handled carefully. Weaker groups should shut all characters' Auto move off, then lure them one at a time with preferably a melee character. Once there are few left is the best time to turn it back on again. Ice type weapons will easily help characters finish it off before this enemy could attack. Poison type weapons and the Priest's Long Staff 1 also works well.
