The Narikatonite Insurgency is the ongoing low-intensity campaign by dissident Narikatonite nationalists to topple the United Commonwealth and bring about the re-independence of Narikaton. Following the collapse of the Narikatonite Empire in 3139, Imperial Army units split from the newly formed Union Army and launched a rebellion against the Commonwealth. The rebels failed to gain widespread popular support from Narikaton's impoverished people, but still continued to launch attacks on military and government targets.
