A System Lord is a Goa'uld that has accumulated so much power and glory that they have Ascended, and earnt their rank. Basically a Boss Symbiote, there is no snappier dresser or Drama Queen bigger then a System Lord. Unlike the goa'uld which have a 25% bonus to their income, the System Lords enjoy a bonus in all areas, depending on how many times the player has ascended - 5% bonus to income, covert, offense, and defense for each ascension.

In this way, the only differences between the system lords and other ascended races is the appearance of the base page (same as goa'uld except it reads System Lord at the top), and the names of troops and weapons.
