Tädi Tsirpa (Estonian for Aunt Tsirpa) is a fictional character from Robert Vaidlo's children's books. She works as the manager of food department at the mall of Kukeleegua — a powerful position in the Soviet system — and is easily recognised by her speech being unusually loaded with common politeness formulas.
