- Kaworu Nagisa, alias Tabris, has torn through the years as a villain amongst villains. Ever since he debut into the underground Clans and Guilds scene, he has been a character whose name has been associated with death, despair, and chaos. He is wanted by many governments for multiple counts of terrorism, murder, and destruction. Though he has worked closely within the United Nations, they now view him as a high threat to the world and any fledgling notion of peace which could surface. Despite this, he has almost no problem moving between borders and remaining undetected throughout the world, sometimes staying dormant for months on end before resurfacing in a baptismal of fire and blood.
