| - Though named after her somewhat more famous ancestor - the original Savantis Kahar - Savantis Kahar II has not been one to walk in the long shadow that her name casts, instead finding the Light enough to cast that shadow away and forge her own path in life. However, the path that she chosen to walk has never the less run along a similar path to that of her namesake's. Savantis was one of those kinds of girls that the Nobility often speak of in dispairing and long suffering tones. One of those kinds that enjoyed the cold caress of half-plate more than the soft embrace of silk dresses and velvet corsets. One of those females who combined cold beauty with cold steel and decided that martial weapons were far more interesting than martial life. Having unsuccessfully attempted to get into the Emperor's Blades on three seperate occasions (having been rejected for being female, regardless of being overskilled) and turned away from the Imperial Horsemen by sheer bad luck of choosing to apply after her cousin, Serath Kahar, had been reported dead for the first time, Savantis eventually decided to take her skills on the road and took up the life of a Knight-Errant. That there were no Knights in Fastheld at that time, and though there hadn't been any Knights in the Empire for several decades, was of trivial concern. Savantis was a Knight, and that was that. She may be a Knight of One, but if that was the only way that she'd be able to do what she wanted in life, then just let someone try to stop her (damn it!). And so, with the full authority and pride of being an Imperial Kahar, Savantis took to the road in her plate armor, sword in one hand, shield in the other, and ventured across the Empire righting wrongs, foiling mischief, and occasionally breaking up (after starting) the odd tavern brawl. This lifestyle continued until 627 ATA, when Serath Kahar removed the Aegis Curse, and Savantis found that she - like her ancestor and namesake - was Sunkissed. Having already held a great devotion to the Light (one that helped guide her path), the revelation came as both a blessing and as an exciting event. Finally, all those years of being that girl, shunned by suitors and Nobles alike for being "too rough around the edges", finally seemed to have been rewarded. Thus, on a cold and wet morning, Savantis ended her self-imposed career as a "Knight of One" and took off to seek her cousin who let the Light shine in Fastheld once more. Wherever he may be...
