Rinse and crisp the salad greens. Break iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces. Carefully pat iceberg dry on towel. Place in large plastic bag. Add 1 tb italian dressing. Shake lightly until all leaves are covered. Place in strip on medium platter or plate. Repeat with each green. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
