The Special Federal Elections of 2014 were federal elections to elect a new group of MOTCs to complete the 2014 term due to the inactivity of the previous Congress. The election lasted from 1 July, 2014 to 13, July 2014. The need for the elections was raised by Dirk Brandt, a German-Lovian from Kings, and was quickly supported by Oos Wes Ilava, who was almost elected Prime Minister as a result of the 2014 Federal Elections.
