Haunted Knight (also released as Batman: Haunted Knight in some markets) is a supernatural superhero film directed by Gary Shore based on the fictional DC Comics character Batman. Before Shore was hired, Guillermo Del Toro wrote a story treatment. Warner Bros. Pictures was courting him to also direct but Del Toro declined, preferring only to write and produce the film. Shore was hired two months later and rewrote Del Toro's original script. The film was produced by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Toby Kebbell stars as Bruce Wayne, the disillusioned heir of the Wayne family who is entering his second year as the protector of Gotham City known as Batman. Sarah Gadon co-stars as Dawn Golden, a wealthy socialite and Bruce's childhood love while Ron Perlman plays Jason Blood and his alter ego the demon Etrigan. The movie received positive reviews praising the complex relationship between Bruce Wayne and Dawn Golden and was a box-office success grossing over $820 million worldwide.
