The Cambria Arena is a location in MARDEK. In it, the party can compete in tournaments, which are essentially series of battles without breaks between each one. There are 2 kinds of tournaments. Champion Tournaments, introduced in Chapter 2, have 20 waves and give that chapter's ultimate sword when beaten. Survival Tournaments were introduced in Chapter 3 and have 10 waves. Only one party member can compete, but winning a character's Survival Tournament will give a very powerful accessory exclusive for that person.

In Chapter 3, the way to the arena is blocked by Lord Sir Bong-Bong McFtong the Moderately Bonkers and cannot be accessed until six Trilobite Warriors scattered throughout the world are defeated. They can be found in the Heroes' Den, Dark Temple, Water Temple, Fire Temple, Earth Temple and Miasmal Citadel - one in each place. More details can be found here.
