Near the south entrance is a Potion Shop, run by Luv, and her husband Bertie's side business which infuses the potions she sells, increasing the power of their effects. Across from the Potion Shop is the Gear Shop, run by Rupin, which sells various items such as shields. There is also Sparrot the Fortune-Teller and the Item Check, run by Peatrice, which allows Link to store items. There is also a restaurant run by Piper, and frequented by Croo and Dovos, but Link cannot buy any items there. He can, however, speak with the patrons in order to receive advice or to initiate certain side-quests. There is also a Goddess Chest containing a Gold Rupee located in the side-hallway that leads from Rupin's shop to Gondo's, however it can only be opened after Link has activated its Goddess Cube found in a cave full of Arachas near the entrance to the Lanayru Sand Sea. After collecting 80 Gratitude Crystals and turning the friendly Demon Batreaux into a Human, Batreaux will appear inside the Bazaar during the day.
