Dave Korol (born March 1, 1965 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a retired Canadian defenceman. He played in the minor pros from 1985 to 1992. He played junior hockey for the Winnipeg Warriors from 1981 to 1984 and for the Regina Pats in 1984-85. The Detroit Red Wings chose him 68th overall in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft. Korol turned pro in 1985 with the Adirondack Red Wings, a Detroit farm team. He spent four seasons there without getting any NHL time. In 1989 Korol signed with the Phoenix Roadrunners of the International Hockey League. The next season he joined the San Diego Gulls of the same league.
