Walter Grabmann (20 September 1905 – 20 August 1992) was a German World War II Luftwaffe Generalmajor. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (). The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Grabmann is credited with 7 aerial victories during the Spanish Civil War claimed in 137 combat missions.
