- Dwayne Wilson was a rookie NCIS Agent who was temporarily assigned to Leroy Jethro Gibbs's team to help with a bank robbery at Quantico. During a talk with Anthony DiNozzo, Dwayne revealed that he became an NCIS Special Agent because his father who was a Vietnam veteran and who had been accused of murder was eventually cleared thanks to the work of an unidentified NIS Agent which in turn inspired Dwayne to become an NCIS Agent. Dwayne was endorsed by Gibbs after he cleverly stopped an SUV of suspects from getting away by stopping his car and boxing them in under the pretense that he was collecting his nana from the cemetary. A shoot-out ensued, during which he protected the woman, and the suspects were captured. Gibbs smiled at Dwayne's quick thinking and refusal to follow his order to stay by the car. He then told Vance that he recommended Wilson, who he then wished good luck at FLETC.
