The Reaper's Kiss is a Normal staff in Diablo III. It was added in patch 2.4.1. It can only be used for Transmogrification, and is a guanteed drop from Infernal Maiden. A copy of the item will drop for each player in the party. Unlike Diablo II counterparts, the scythe in the third game (so far the only existing one) is considered a staff rather than a polearm. As it is a Normal item, it can be traded among players once acquired.
