  • It was nearing completion in an orbital shipyard over the planet Mandalore, the current capital of the Zann Consortium, when the spies of Darth Nihilus learned of the massive pinnacle-shaped battlecruiser's construction. The Sith Lord sent an elite commando force of twenty Nightsisters, led by Silri, to sabotage the Mandalore before it could become a threat to his power. The Nightsister commandoes placed fifty neutron cores in surgical locations across the five kilometer sword of the Mandalore, and then infiltrated the bridge and slaughtered Mandalore the Victorious and his bodyguards without taking a single casualty. Then, as they escaped from the battlecruiser, they remote-detonated the explosives, shearing the battlecruiser into five massive, flaming hunks of superheated metal. The Mandalore was never completely constructed before it was destroyed.
