Captain Rackam is a character in Fable: The Balverine Order. He is the captain of a ship docked in the city of Seaside. His ship is bound for the town of Shorewall, but they have cargo to pick up in the town of Blackridge, so he agrees to take Thomas Kirkman and James Skelton there. Later, when Thomas and James venture down to the bottom of the ship and it is revealed that he is a pirate, Rackam attempts to kill them with a pistol. They are saved by James' dog who knocks the pistol out of his hands. After a small struggle, the boys escape to the top of the deck. Rackam follows with the crew, but the ship comes under attack by a Kraken. Rackam is grabbed by two tentacles belonging to the Kraken. The tentacles then twist in opposite directions, ripping him in half.
