Doug Evans (born June 2, 1963) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey left winger who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the St. Louis Blues, Winnipeg Jets, and Philadelphia Flyers. He had three very successful junior seasons with the Peterborough Petes, but his small size kept him from being drafted by an NHL team. A fourth season (1983-84) as an overage junior with 124 points in 61 games got the St. Louis Blues to sign him as a free agent. This was the end of his NHL career. He played six more seasons for his old team, the Peoria Rivermen, and retired in 1999.
