Florus Flavius (born June 5, 4080) is a former Selucian politician who served as leader of Cogitari for 14 years from its inception in 4153 until 4167. He acted in the role of leader of the party solely, and thus did not hold any other elected office, though he did engage closely with the cabinet of 4159 to 4163. He stood as candidate for Consul de Popularis of Selucia during the entire period, though never achieved said role.
