Along with Delirious and cameraman Smitty, the sound technician ventured into the tunnels below the Maple Flower Zone, following the exploits of The Ultimax as they evacuated the Zone's residents to the Emerald Hill Zone. However, she sharpened up when Doctor Ivo Robotnik's forces brought down the cafe, trapping her and her crew within a mountain of rubble. An uncertain future ahead of her, she took the chance to berate Delirious, revealing that she hated everything he stood for and that she enjoyed watching him squirm. Despite bending her boom being bent, she still continued to record Delirious' tear-soaked account to the audience, at one point turning the camera towards herself and demanding that he stop talking. Later, she used her equipment to pick up Tails' voice, telling her that Theo and Mr Diggum's family were burrowing through to rescue them. She used this information to tell Smitty to get away from the wall, but still had to contend with Delirious' loud report to the public. Upon her escape, she joined everyone out in the Emerald Hill Zone but almost immediately had to attack Delirious, stopping him from revealing the secret plan to use the sewers as a new tunnel network.
