The Modified Humans (改造人間, Kaizō Ningen), also known as Mod-Humans are genetically altered Human beings, which were created by Xander Ambrosius through his inhuman experiments.

- Modified Humans have existed since the rule of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. After entrapping the victims that were caught within' the Infinite Tsukoyomi, Kaguya entrapped them within the god tree. Overtime, these humans would gradually have their very DNA altered, transforming them into White Zetsu. Orochimaru also experimented on human beings. In his search for learning all the world's techniques, he, along with Kabuto Yakushi would perform routine experiments on human tests subjects. Modified Humans often have added or altered DNA sequences, giving them inhuman attributes. However, complete experimentation would cause most of the test subjects to lose any sort of sanity, causing them to become heartless savages in the process.
