First Rule of being followed: do what your pursuer is unwilling to do. Of course, part of this is to what extent the prey does not want to be caught. In some cases you can expect someone to say "No One Could Survive That," because the escape appeared just that insane. In many other cases those following are fully aware that the person survived but are dumbfounded that they are still moving. Especially if surviving that fall was a Million-to-One Chance. And if the pursuers do keep on following, the hunted still has the Wronski Feint to fall back on. Examples of Try and Follow include:
