Joel Stepp (born 11 of February 1983 in Sylvan Lake, Alberta) is a professional ice hockey centre who was selected by Anaheim Mighty Ducks in the 3rd round (#69 overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. He played major junior hockey with the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League from 1998 to 2003. They won the Memorial Cup in 2001. Stepp turned pro in 2003-04 with the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. He played in the minor pros until his retirement in 2008. Stepp has played 146 regular-season games in the American Hockey League for the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks, Portland Pirates, and Chicago Wolves.
