Dr. Mehmed Reshid (; b. 8 February 1873 - 6 February 1919) was the governor (vali) of the Diyarbekir vilayet of the Ottoman Empire during World War I. He is known for organizing the wartime destruction of the Armenian, Assyrian and Greek communities of Diyarbekir. He was known as the "butcher of Diyarbakir".
